We raise pigs, chickens, rabbits and CHIANINA cattle.

This breed of cattle is considered to be at risk of extinction, so we devote particular attention to it, especially in view of the quality of the meat, which is inimitably tasty and rich in nutrients.

“Closed cycle” breeding involves reproduction exclusively in the cowshed without buying in animals from outside.

The exclusively vegetable diet is made up of forage and cereal meals obtained from our organic crops.
