We make organic durum wheat pasta from our wheat.

It is drawn through bronze and dried slowly to maintain the nutrients without adding other substances.

Perfect with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavour of the wheat… and surprising with any kind of sauce, which clings perfectly thanks to the rough surface of the pasta.
