Our cured meats are made by hand in the traditional way, using 100%
selected pork.
The natural diet of our pigs enables us to obtain tasty,
compact meat suited to maturing the hams for over 12 months.
We also prepare a
complete range of sausages: salami, finocchione and meat sausage with just the right
dose of spices to create a natural product without adding anything else.
